The Miss Port Elizabeth philanthropic pageant is a search for a beautiful, zestful and confident, young lady to represent the Nelson Mandela Bay. This dynamic young lady will be expected to support the project of RoleModels Foundation, aimed at empowering and creating self-sustainability for individuals in impoverished communities.
